While we offer Free Shipping for most products in our store, certain items may be excluded due to their size and weight. This means that an additional shipping fee will be charged for these items. How can I access the tutorial for my purchase?

There are two ways to access the tutorial for your purchase.

Firstly, you can find a Vimeo link on the package that you receive.

Alternatively, you can download the tutorial from our website. Simply log in to your account using your email at https://tccmagic.com/account/login or create an account at https://tccmagic.com/account/register if you don't have one. Once logged in, navigate to "My Downloadable Files" to access the tutorials for your orders.

How do I claim my free gift?

As a valued customer, you are eligible for a free gift with the purchase of any physical product. When you add a physical product to your cart, a gift box will appear in the bottom right corner of our website. The default gift will be added to your cart automatically.

We offer different tiers of gifts based on the total amount of your order. As you reach a higher threshold, the gift from the lower threshold will be removed, and you can choose one of the gifts from the higher tier.

Please note that each order is limited to one gift only, except for special offers with additional free gifts that are tied to specific products.
